INGREDIENTS

Packaged Cornflake Crumbs 4 Cups
Instant Chicken Bouillon (Dry) 4 Tsp
Paprika 4 Tsp
Poultry Seasoning 2 Tsp
Italian Herb Seasoning 1 Tbsp
Pepper .5 Tsp
Garlic Powder 1 Tsp
Onion Powder 1 Tsp

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in air-tight container. Mix well before using. Plan on .5 to 1 Tbsp of breading for each chicken part or fish fillet.

Makes about 4 cups.

Notes: When I make this, I double the recipe so it fills my air-tight container and I don't have to make it that often.
