All-Purpose Flour 4 Cups
Sugar 1 Cup
Baking Soda 1 Tsp
Baking Powder 2 Tsp
Salt .5 Tsp
eggs 3 Eggs
Sour Cream 1 Pint (16 OZ)
Raisins 1 Cup

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Directions

1.) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and grease two 8x4 inch loaf pans.

2.) Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

3.) Add eggs, sour cream and raisins and mix until just combined.

4.) Distribute batter evenly between the two pans.

5.) Bake loaves at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
