RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Directions
1. Slice hot link down the center, then each half down the center again (ending with 4 thin slices). Chop all 4 into itty bitties.
2. Heat olive oil in frying pan (something with high walls).
3. Add garlic and carrots to oil and heat until garlic is glossy. Shove over to sides of pan.
4. Add shallots (to middle of pan) and continue to heat until onions get glossy. Shove over to sides of pan.
5. Add sausage (to middle of pan) and head until oils come out.
6. Add rice, mixing everything into the rice to coat with oil. Stir occasionally.
7. After rice has fried for a bit, pour in soy sauce, and then stir to distribute the soy sauce evenly over the rice. Add more to taste. Lower heat.
8. In another frying pan, scramble the egg(s) with salt and pepper. Scramble thin in one big sheet.
9. Mix into fried rice, stirring rice and breaking up egg into smaller chunks.
10. Get out your chopsticks. Serve with baijiu.
