INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breast 4 breasts
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Onion Powder 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Chicken Broth 1 cup

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Directions

Put all ingredients into slow cooker, cook on high for 3-4 hrs or low for 4-6 hrs.

Notes

Lots of wiggle room: I first did this with 6 large chicken breasts, 2 cups of chicken broth, and 2 teaspoons instead of 1 for the spices. Slow cooked it on low for 10 hours.

Can also use the Instant Pot, cooking for 6 minutes per pound of chicken (around 36 minutes for 6 breasts), plus 15 minutes of natural release.
