Shredded Beef

INGREDIENTS

Beef Chuck or Round Roast 3 lbs
Beef broth 1 cup
Worchestershire Sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Directions

Remove as much fat as you can from the beef and place in slow cooker.

Add beef broth to the slow cooker, and pour Worchestershire sauce onto the beef. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder over it all.

Heat for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low (I did the longer cook time). Can double the recipe with 10 hours on low.
