INGREDIENTS

Ingredient Quantity Unit
Flour, Gluten-Free (Bob’s Red Mill) 2 cups
Sugar, granulated 1/4 cup
Baking Powder 4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Milk (or Almond Milk) 1-3/4 cups
eggs 2 eggs
Vanilla Extract, Pure 2 tsp
Vegetable Oil (can use Olive oil) 1/2 cup

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients (GF Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt)
2. Whisk in eggs
3. Mix milk and vanilla extract separately, and add to dry ingredients, whisk
4. Whisk in oil
5. Cook in waffle maker on highest setting for 10+ minutes)
